How Do I Find Out When And How Much My House Sold Before I Bought It?

By admin

i received my tax assessment bill stating that my propriety, that i recently purchase has increased in value, about 160K, but i know for sure it couldn’t have been since it was a foreclosure, and it has actually lost value with my sale, i know because i brought the neighborhood values down
is there a way of checking public records, and how? i live in san diego county.
thank you so much

The tax assessor has all of that info, it is public information. You may be able to access it via the county web site.

Check the San Diego County Tax assessor’s website. Tax & Property Sales records are there. Many counties throughout the US have a similar website.http://arcc.co.san-diego.ca.us/
