How Do I Find A Free List Of Foreclosed Homes In San Diego?
ByI don’t want to spend a lot of money, since this will be my first home. I also don’t want to have to pay alot of money upfront or pay fees to access foreclosure websites.

contact a HUD-approved realtor in your area….they’ll give you the listings for free…

click on the link on the left hand collumn that says
HUD homes
Those are all foreclosures. there is no fee. Never send anyone any money with regard to real estate. NEVER!
Also check http://www.realtor.com
Some of the same homes are on here and some others that are foreclosures. They are mixed in with the regular sales.

goto a local bank that does alot of mortgages and ask there loan officer for a list of foreclosed properties. they might even give you a list of what was owed on the houses. then you can sometimes buy the house for what the bank was owed and make a large profit
